Meet Jen
With over 20 years in the Okanagan’s food and wine industry, Jennifer Tocher has built her career around connection, creativity, and excellence.
Armed with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Hospitality Management) and the prestigious WSET Diploma in Wines, Jen combines business strategy with a deep understanding of wine culture. Her experience spans winery operations, sales and marketing, event coordination, and cellar management — giving her a 360° perspective of what it takes to succeed in the industry.
Jen’s approach is both strategic and personal. She’s passionate about helping wineries, restaurants, and private clients grow their brands, refine their experiences, and reach their goals with confidence.
Driven by curiosity and collaboration, she continues to work alongside mentors, industry experts, and enthusiasts — always seeking new ways to elevate the people and businesses she partners with.
